We are engaged in a range of programs for societal welfare. Our long-term programs for the welfare of the students include Thulir, Gurukulam, TKS Subbulakshmi IAS Academy, and Police Academy. We also engage in crucial short-term initiatives, such as the Gaja cyclone, Kerala flood relief, Covid relief fund support, etc., based on the needs of the community.
When the situation calls for it, Sathya Unar Charitable Trust team participates in a variety of social welfare activities. The volunteers of the Sathya Unar Charitable Trust offered assistance during the Gaja cyclone, 2018 Kerala floods, and the Covid-19 lockdown circumstances.
Contribute to the poorest of the poor’s higher education to support our Thulir Mission
M. Archana, a tribal student from a remote village where the access is only via boat near Pechiparai area is supported by our Trust. She has completed B.Sc. Nursing course and is now serving as a nurse.
Manoj, our Trust student is from the remote village of Munnar whose house is located at a place not easily accessible. Manoj approached Trust seeking help for his studies after hearing about the Trust’s services. He is supported for his entire college education by the Trust. He completed his MBBS degree in 2022 and is now planning to pursue higher education.
Jennifer, a student from the Thisayanvilai area was rescued from child labor in the year 2018 and formally enrolled in a school by the Trust. Further, on behalf of the Trust, Tirunelveli District Collector Smt. Shilpa Prabhakar Satish awarded the scholarship to the student to pursue her higher studies. She is now pursuing an Engineering degree and would like to become an entrepreneur.
